By purchasing and using Yamazo Studio, you agree to these terms.
Yamazo Studio is licensed, not sold. Each license permits installation on a single device, identified by hardware fingerprint. You may transfer your license up to three times per year via our licensing portal.
You may use Yamazo Studio for commercial production analysis and lean manufacturing purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.
Yamazo Studio license grants perpetual use of the purchased version. Feature updates and new versions are available through an optional annual maintenance plan. Email support is included with every license.
Yamazo Studio is provided 'as is' with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We warrant that the software will perform substantially as described in our documentation.
Yamazo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Maximum liability is limited to the license purchase price.
This license is perpetual unless terminated for breach of terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the software.
